The best option for the Mirage Ventus can be found at HVAC direct online and will cost you about $700. This model is 9,000 BTU and 17 SEER. Again, the higher the BTU and SEER, the more money you will pay for the unit.
Aurum
The Aurum unit from Mirage is their most advanced unit. The Aurum is extremely efficient, and is loaded with sensors so that your compressor stays protected. These units are meant to last, and will be more than enough to heat and cool your home or tiny house.
The best option on the Aurum that I could find was a 12,000 BTU unit 22 SEER for around $1,250 on HVAC direct. Again, they have multiple models, with different capabilities. If you have a larger house or room, you may need to buy something with a little bit more power.

We purchased a Mirage Life+ mini split, while the unit seems to work good, there doesn’t seem to be any way to change it from C to F. Online support / manual is very limited and of course our unit / remote isn’t listed.
